Why Families Choose Trustvine

Thoughtful, Unhurried, and Practical

We designed our programmes for people who want to move forward on their own terms — without pressure, without confusing terminology, and without being pushed toward decisions they're not ready to make.

Purely Informational

Every session stays firmly in the educational space. We explain and organise — we do not advise on individual situations or regulated matters.

Learn at Your Own Pace

Our sessions are structured but never rushed. Take the materials home, revisit them, and apply the frameworks when the moment feels right for your family.

Plain Language Throughout

No dense legal vocabulary, no intimidating documents. We translate complex organisational concepts into language that feels accessible and human.

Rooted in Thailand

Based in historic Ayutthaya, we understand the cultural and practical context that Thai families navigate when thinking about records, property documents, and family continuity.

No Pressure, No Push

We take a calm, considerate approach to a sensitive topic. Participants are never pressured toward any particular outcome or decision at any point during our programmes.

Practical Take-Home Materials

Every programme includes reusable templates and checklists — tools your family can return to again and again as circumstances change over the years.

Ready When You Are

Is This the Right Moment to Start Organising?

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things families often ask before joining one of our programmes.

What exactly do you cover in the orientation seminar?

The Estate-Organisation Orientation walks participants through the general categories of paperwork that households typically hold — property-related documents, personal identification records, financial account summaries, and similar. We explain what each category contains and why families often find it helpful to have these items organised and accessible. The session includes a checklist you can take home and adapt to your own situation. It is informational throughout; no individual advice is provided at any point.

Are these sessions suitable if we have no idea where to begin?

Absolutely. Most participants come in without a clear picture of what they currently have or how it is organised. That is precisely what the orientation is designed for — it gives you a map of the territory before you start. The workshop then helps you act on that map in a structured, manageable way. You do not need any prior knowledge or preparation to attend.

How long do the programmes run?

The orientation seminar runs for half a day — typically around three to four hours including a short break. The cataloguing workshop is a full-day session with structured exercises and a lunch break. The family-business continuity programme spans two half-days and is delivered at a pace agreed with the participating organisation. All session times and scheduling are confirmed directly when you enquire.

Do I need to bring any documents to the session?

No. The orientation and cataloguing sessions work best when you arrive with nothing — the point is to learn the frameworks first, then apply them at home in your own time. For the business continuity programme, participants are sometimes asked to think through a few discussion points beforehand, but no sensitive documents need to be shared in the group setting at any stage.

What do you mean by "no individual advice"?

Our programmes are educational in nature. We explain general principles and common practices around record-keeping and family organisation. We do not review your personal documents, assess your individual situation, or make recommendations specific to your family's circumstances. If you need advice tailored to your specific case — on property, finances, or legal matters — you would need to consult an appropriately qualified professional separately.

Are the prices per person or per family?

The orientation and cataloguing workshop fees are per participant. The business continuity programme is priced per participating organisation and typically accommodates a small team attending together. For group enrolments of families attending the seminar or workshop together, please enquire directly — we can discuss what works for your group's composition and size.

How is my personal information handled?

When you make an enquiry, we collect only the contact details you choose to share. We use this solely to respond to you and, if you proceed, to administer your programme enrolment. We do not pass your details to third parties for marketing. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
